About me
I believe the most interesting business questions begin with a simple one: what matters to people?
My work lives between the classroom, the research desk, and the real world. I study services and customer experience—without losing sight of the human behind every interaction.
My interest in customer complaints goes back to my doctoral research on complaint behaviour in Saudi consumer electrical-goods retailing. I have since led academic teams, taught executives and emerging marketers, and co-authored a major services marketing text.

When I’m not working
Thinking about the next trip, testing a new fitness class, following markets and business stories, or sharing an idea with my students and family. I enjoy experiences that teach me something—and people who make me see an old question differently.
